Notes:

- A reading of 0 dBA should not be expected in a quiet room. The standard usable range is 30 dBA to 130 dBA, and an average quiet room measures around 30 dBA.
- Although most devices come pre-calibrated, custom calibration is recommended for serious purposes that require higher precision and accuracy. For calibration, a real external device or calibrated sound meter is needed as a reference.
